Pricing & additional fees / 販売価格・追加費用
Prices are listed in USD on the grades page, product pages, and on each invoice. In addition to the product price, orders bear: international shipping (stated on the invoice or payment page before purchase), and any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility. Payment processing is in USD; card issuers may apply their own exchange rates.
価格は米ドル建てで各商品ページ・請求書に表示します。商品代金のほかに、国際送料（購入前に明示）および輸入国側の関税・諸税・通関手数料（購入者負担）がかかります。
Payment / 支払方法・支払時期
Credit or debit card (via Stripe), PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of order (prepayment). Orders ship after payment is confirmed.

Delivery / 引渡時期
Orders dispatch from Japan within 2–3 weeks of payment confirmation. International transit is typically 10–35 business days depending on destination and service level, by tracked courier or postal service. Tracking numbers are provided at dispatch.
入金確認後2〜3週間以内に日本から発送し、追跡番号をお知らせします。国際輸送は仕向地により通常10〜35営業日です。
Returns & refunds / 返品・返金
- Change of mind: as matcha is a food product, returns for buyer's convenience cannot be accepted once dispatched. / 食品の性質上、発送後のお客様都合による返品はお受けできません。
- Damage or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will replace the item or refund in full. / 輸送中の破損・誤配送は到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。交換または全額返金します。
- Non-delivery: if tracking confirms a shipment was lost in transit, we will reship or refund in full. / 追跡上の紛失が確認された場合、再送または全額返金します。
- Tasting Kit credit: the $129 Tasting Kit fee is credited in full toward a first order of 1 kg or more. / Tasting Kit代金$129は初回1kg以上のご注文に全額充当されます。
